Paper on Conversational Videos Accepted to Journal of Applied Developmental Pscyhology

We recently published a study in the Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology on our collaboration with PBS KIDS. The project involved creating “conversational videos” where preschool-aged children can interact with the main character of “Elinor Wonders Why,” a popular science show. Our randomized controlled trial showed that incorporating interaction in the videos improved children’s understanding of the science concepts presented.
